<p>I have question on rule #1, “1. You can only operate in the Miami port from the ship or the waters surrounding on regular RF.” &#8211; does regular RF mean phone only as in FM or maybe SSB/AM?</p>
<p>You mentioned nodes, did you bring a hotspot for digital voice modes via the internet?</p>
