Hamvention 2026

We are excited to announce that Ham Community will once again be exhibiting at Hamvention, organized by the Dayton Amateur Radio Association (DARA) and held at the Greene County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Xenia, Ohio. Find us in Hall 1, booths 1907 and 1908. Stop by and say hello!

This year we will be showcasing our Ham Boutique mouse and desk pads. While we won’t be selling them onsite, you can order yours at hamboutique.com, where your purchase supports the entire Ham Community project.

We’ll also be distributing a newly printed flyer that walks visitors through our growing family of websites. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been building:

Ham Exchange (hamexchange.com), still in beta, is our newest venture, aiming to become a premier classifieds and directory site for amateur radio operators.

Ham Census (hamcensus.org) has already collected close to 1,000 in-depth surveys from operators worldwide, and we’d love to add yours to the count.

14652 (14652.org) continues to promote 146.52 MHz as North America’s standard road frequency.

Ham Journal (hamjournal.org) is one of our most ambitious projects, a peer-reviewed publication that also welcomes operator-written articles about experiments, builds, and DIY projects. We are actively seeking an Editor in Chief, so please reach out if you are interested.

Ham History (hamhistory.org) takes an innovative approach to preserving our heritage, cataloguing the major milestones in amateur radio history in a format that is both accessible and engaging.

Ham Headlines (hamheadlines.com) remains a unique news aggregator keeping the amateur radio community informed and connected.

Ham Elmers (hamelmers.org) is working to establish a national Elmer association, connecting mentors and newcomers across the country and helping grow the next generation of operators.

Ham Community (ham.community) is our umbrella project and an ongoing experiment in bringing amateur radio operators together to discuss the hobby at its highest level.
